Customers within the Republic of Ireland will not be charged for delivery/postage for orders of €100 and above (or its GBP equivalent for UK based customers). A small €10 delivery/postage charge will apply for orders under €100 within the Republic of Ireland (or its GBP equivalent for UK based customers).

Standard shipping charges will be applied to orders delivered outside of Ireland and the UK. Please contact us at 089 465 3543 / info@adventuscompany.com to discuss. Adventus Church Supplies Ltd advises international customers to contact their local customs facility to enquire about local charges. Adventus Church Supplies Ltd takes no responsibility for unpaid goods held at customs. 

Next Day Orders

Next day guaranteed orders incur standard shipping charges. Please contact us to discuss. Next day orders only apply to the Republic of Ireland and must be placed before 12pm the previous day (Monday to Friday). Next day orders apply to those goods that are in stock at the time of purchase. Please contact us to find out if items are in stock.

In relation to next day courier services, if you are unavailable to receive delivery of goods, an attempt will be made to deliver the goods the following day. Alternatively, the goods will be delivered to a secure place of your choosing. However, if this results in additional costs incurred by Adventus Church Supplied Ltd we reserve the right to transfer the additional charge to the customer.

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will be happy with our service and products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your products and wish to return items, please contact us at 089 465 3543 / info@adventuscompany.com. Refunds will be made within 10 working days following receipt of the returned item(s).

Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards and these are processed via Stripe, our online payment processing facility. 

We also accept payment via Direct Bank Transfer. Our account details will be provided once the order is placed. Please ensure that you provide us with your bank transfer reference in advance so that we can identify the source of payment.

Finally, we accept payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to “Adventus Church Supplies Ltd.” When sending payment by cheque please also provide us with your order reference.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Euros. Products that incur VAT charges (13.5% or 23%) will be listed as VAT-inclusive on our website.
